The role of Health & Wellbeing Coordinator at Miranda House in Swindon, Wiltshire is to ensure that every resident is able to make the most of every day through the delivery of engaging activities and ideas. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and preparation abilities to bring out the best in the residents they care for.

Main duties of the job

As the Health & Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities and events to promote the health, wellbeing, and overall quality of life for the residents at Miranda House. This will involve working closely with the residents to understand their interests and preferences, and then creating and facilitating activities that are tailored to their needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining detailed records and monitoring the impact of the activities on the residents\' wellbeing.
