Job summary

RGIT Australia is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Adviser to deliver health assessments, lifestyle coaching and primary care support. You will guide customers through assessment to action, providing personalised health advice and ongoing coaching.

The role emphasises patient-centered communication, accurate documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to promote overall wellbeing. On-site work and opportunities for CPD are available.

Qualifications

• A vocational qualification in health, fitness, or medical field.
• A degree in exercise physiology, nutrition, health sciences, or nursing equivalent.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to health and lifestyle.
• Confident using MS Office and clinical systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing, 1:1 environment.

Responsibilities

• Use a coaching approach to discuss lifestyle changes.
• Deliver health assessments and explain results.
• Refer to GPs when appropriate and record clinically.
• Promote other services and CPD/promotional activities.
• Plan workload to match appointments and manage supplies.
