RGIT Australia is seeking a Health & Wellbeing Adviser to deliver health assessments, coach clients on lifestyle changes and provide expert wellbeing advice. You will support customers from assessment to action in a welcoming, patient-centred environment.

The role covers coaching, clinical duties, customer experience, and operational support, with on-site parking and a focus on helping people lead healthier lives.

Qualifikationen

• Health/fitness/medical qualification or degree in relevant field.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to health & lifestyle.
• Proficient with MS Office and clinical systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing, 1:1 environment.

Aufgaben

• Provide lifestyle advice and health promotion coaching.
• Conduct health assessment tests and explain results clearly.
• Identify risk factors and guide customers on reducing them.
• Deliver primary care appointments and maintain accurate records.
