Job description

We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Health & Wellbeing Coach to join our team, supporting
Bexley residents living with multiple long-term health conditions. This is a rewarding, community based
role where you'll work one-to-one with individuals to help them build confidence, set
meaningful goals, and access the right support to improve their physical, emotional, and social
wellbeing.


Closing date for applications is Thursday 17th July 2025

Interviews will take place on a rolling basis with initial dates being Thursday 10th July,
Tuesday 15th July, Monday 21st July 2025.
