Based in St Albans (AL1 2RE) with travel to our other UK sites

Part time - 22.5 hours per week across 3 days

We have a new position for a Health and Wellbeing Advisor to join us on a part-time basis. You will assist and support one of Premier Foods' major business objectives to develop a comprehensive in-house wellbeing programme and achieve external accreditation.

Your main focus will be on supporting the creation, development, and implementation of programmes tailored to the needs of our manufacturing and office locations across the UK, which will require some travel between sites.

What you will be doing:

  • Supporting activities across manufacturing and office locations as part of the Wellbeing team
  • Monitoring wellbeing trends and providing data-driven insights to enhance colleague engagement
  • Maintaining relationships with external support services beneficial to our wellbeing programmes
  • Evaluating completed wellbeing initiatives using data to foster a wellbeing culture and review return on investment
  • Implementing focus groups to gather insights into our wellbeing programmes
  • Delivering wellbeing workshops to colleagues across sites

What we need from you:

  • Experience in a wellbeing HR or Occupational Health role, preferably within manufacturing or industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage a diverse workforce
  • Valid UK driving license, access to a vehicle, and willingness to travel to various UK sites
  • A strong interest in promoting wellbeing, inclusion, and mental health awareness
  • A creative mindset to turn ideas into reality
