A local support organization in Birmingham is seeking a full-time worker to deliver smoking cessation support to community members. The successful candidate will manage their own workload, engage with clients, and establish partnerships with local pharmacies. JOB OUTLINE:
To deliver support to individuals who are currently smokers, undertake behavioral change and practical interventions so that they can set a date for smoking cessation. The service delivery will operate within designated community venues across East Birmingham including Ward End, Firs and Bromford, Alum Rock, Tyseley and Hay Mills, Sheldon, Small Heath and Garretts Green

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.

Good working knowledge of IT including MS Office and data management.
