This is a part time permanent post for 22.5 hours a week.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven member of staff to join the Turn Around for Children Service (TACS) as a health visitor. The post holder will have responsibility to assess a specialist group of clients from the Family Drug and Alcohol Court (FDAC). They will plan and implement health visitor services for each of our families based on their personal needs and as identified by the court process.
To provide and maintain evidence-based specialist care adapted to meet the needs of a defined community population to ensure that service users receive appropriate intervention, maintaining the standards set at a local and national level.
