Health Visitor - Watersgreen area; Part time Health Visitor role for 22.5 hours.

Responsibilities
  • Work as part of an integrated 0-19+ Team and support the full delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
  • Manage a caseload of universal partnership and partnership plus families.
  • Engage in a range of public health activities within a geographical area, including individuals, groups and communities.
  • Act as a key safeguarding stakeholder, working collaboratively with other agencies to safeguard children and families.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Clinical Governance, Risk Management, audits and relevant Professional Codes.
Qualifications and requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; adaptable, reliable, compassionate and approachable.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; flexible, solution-focused and able to support service development.
