Job Title: Health Visitor Band 6

Location: Milton Keynes

Contract: 12 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Start Date: ASAP

As a Health Visitor, you will play a central role in supporting children and families through:

• Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme
• Providing expert advice on child health, development, and well-being
• Collaborating with multi-agency teams for coordinated care
• Conducting health assessments and evaluations
• Promoting family and community wellness
• Keeping accurate records in line with NHS standards

Requirements:

• Valid NMC Registration
• Experience with child protection and multi-agency working
• Sound knowledge of child health policies and best practices
• Ability to travel locally as needed
