Role Overview:

As a Health Visitor, you will play a vital role in supporting families and promoting child health. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Managing caseloads and delivering the Healthy Child Programme
2. Providing expert guidance to families on child health and development
3. Working closely with multi-agency teams to ensure integrated care
4. Conducting health assessments and evaluations
5. Promoting well-being across families and communities
6. Maintaining accurate records in line with NHS standards

What We're Looking For:

1. SCPHN Health Visitor Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate
2. NMC Registration
3. Experience in child protection and multi-agency collaboration
4. Strong understanding of child health agendas
5. Ability to travel between locations as required
