Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow

Are you a passionate and dedicated health professional looking to make a real difference in your community?

We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Health Visitor and Clinical Quality Fellow. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on clinical work with strategic project management.

What you'll do:
  1. Health Visitor Role:
    • Provide expert health visiting services to families in various community settings.
    • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
    • Contribute to the development and evaluation of innovative health visiting services.
  2. Clinical Quality Fellow Role:
    • Undertake a structured work-based program, mentored by a Public Health Nurse Consultant.
    • Identify, design, and manage a project focused on improving population health and reducing health inequalities.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve the organization's quality strategy objectives.

What we're looking for:

  1. A UK registered health visitor with a strong clinical background.
  2. A passion for improving public health and addressing health disparities.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
