Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking Health Visitors to join a high performing service across Buckinghamshire. You will lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme within a collaborative team of Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses.

Main duties of the job

You will be leading the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme as part of a team that includes Community Staff Nurses and Community Nursery Nurses with support from experienced Locality Leads.

You must be a registered SCPHN (Health Visiting) with current NMC registration.
