Your role will include identifying, monitoring, and supporting vulnerable children and those at risk, ensuring every child has the best start in life. Support and development are central to our team, with a full induction programme and encouragement to apply for the Specialist Community Public Health Nursing Course.

If you are passionate about improving outcomes for children and families, we would love to hear from you!

Your responsibilities will include:

  2. Supporting emotional and behavioral wellbeing and delivering family drop-in sessions.
  3. Partnering with children and families to identify health needs early.
  4. Collaborating with Early Years Services in the community.
  5. Supporting infant feeding and parent-infant relationships in line with Baby Friendly Initiative Standards.
  6. Supervising CFWP by providing support and guidance.

You will also attend regular supervision, clinical, safeguarding, and management sessions designed to support your development and share experiences.

Requirements include being a registered nurse, midwife, or mental health nurse with at least 6 months post-graduate experience, possessing a caring and approachable demeanour, confidence with IT systems and Microsoft Office, holding a Full UK Driver's License, and having access to a vehicle.

We are committed to transforming health and care services, supporting communities across England, and promoting equality and inclusion. Our policies ensure safeguarding and safer working practices, including vetting checks for all staff.

Benefits include:

  • Membership of My Reward Hub for discounts and cashback offers.
  • Access to wages as you earn them for emergencies.
  • Support for mental and physical wellbeing, including healthy recipes, activity challenges, and legal and debt advice.
