Job summary

WM5G is seeking a capable Technical Architect and Project Manager to lead the delivery of the health tech roadmap, including DDS asset/workflow management and AI capabilities. You will report to the Head of Programme Management, Health & Care, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across multi-disciplinary teams.

The role requires extensive experience delivering technology projects in fast-moving public sector scale-up environments, with strong architectural governance and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivery experience of technology projects.
• Detailed understanding of technology systems and architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements and end-to-end architectures.
• Proven ability to manage the delivery of client-facing technology projects to quality, time and budget.

Responsibilities

• Contribute technical expertise to supplier evaluation as part of sourcing approaches.
• Manage asset management and workflow management systems and then AI/automation capabilities within budget and schedule.
• Build relationships with Health & Care leadership to understand business needs.
• Build relationships with technology suppliers to ensure delivery of WM5G outputs.
• Act as guardian of the company’s technical architecture and manage changes.
• Assist in designing new capabilities as the roadmap evolves.
