Full-time shift pattern: shifts start at 8:00/9:00 in the morning until 10:00/11:00 pm, with sleep-in rates paid until 7:00 am. The shift then continues from 7:00 am until 9:30 am.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Residential Support Worker to join our team at one of our residential homes based in Halifax / Doncaster.
We provide residential care for young adults aged 18+ who are profoundly deaf, have significant hearing loss, and/or complex needs.
Residents who are deaf or hard of hearing often face communication challenges. We will provide training, support, and supervision to help you overcome these challenges.
