Responsibilities
  1. Deliver engaging and effective Health & Social Care lessons to students ranging from primary to secondary level.
  2. Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the individual needs of students.
  3. Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
  4. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment through effective classroom management and behavior management techniques.
  5. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the overall development and well-being of students.
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of Health & Social Care education.
  7. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities.
Minimum Requirements
  1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
  2. Relevant degree in Health & Social Care or a related field.
  3. Proven experience teaching Health & Social Care.
  4. Strong knowledge of the curriculum and assessment requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  7. Effective classroom management skills.
