Job summary

Paragon Skills is seeking Personal Tutors to deliver Health & Social Care apprenticeships from levels 2 to 5 across the country. You will support learners through their journey with outstanding teaching from day one and guide them to End Point Assessment.

Utilising our learner management system and latest technology, you will drive progression and ensure on/off-the-job training requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Health & Social Care apprenticeships on new standards.
• Strong track record supporting learners through End Point Assessment.
• Occupational competency in Health & Social Care at supervisor/manager level.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills.
• Assessor or teaching qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to manage a caseload of learners with varying needs.
• Knowledge of different learning styles and tailoring delivery.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver H&SC apprenticeships from levels 2 to 5 across the country.
• Support learners through the apprenticeship journey with quality teaching.
• Guide learners to End Point Assessment and provide resources.
• Utilise learning resources and on/off-the-job training as required.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate progression effectively.
