About the Role

The role involves traveling around the UK to deliver training, primarily at CST Training’s 28 centres, with some remote courses. The candidate should be forward-thinking, diligent, enthusiastic, and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Site Safety Plus Courses (HSA, SSSTS & SMSTS), First Aid Courses, IOSH, and other courses.
• Mix of in-person and remote courses.
• Operate in line with CST Training values, policies, and standards.
• Deliver CITB and IOSH related courses.
• Opportunity to develop assessing skills for ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications and NVQ Level 2+ in construction industry.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

• NEBOSH Construction Certificate, NVQ/SVQ Level 3-6 in Occupational Safety and Health, Health and Safety degree, NEBOSH Diploma, or Diploma Safety Management Level 6.
• Minimum three years of occupational experience in construction or health & safety management, evidenced.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, IT, and written skills.
• Solid experience across disciplines.
• CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate) or willingness to obtain it.
• Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
