Qualifications

• Must have at least three years of occupational experience in construction or health & safety management.
• Willing to obtain required certifications such as CITB Site Safety Plus or Adult Teaching Qualification (AET).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Site Safety Plus Courses, First Aid Courses, and IOSH courses both in-person and remote.
• Develop assessing skills for ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications.
• Operate in line with CST Training's policies and values.

About the Role

You’ll be forward-thinking, diligent, and enthusiastic, willing to travel around the UK. We have 28 centres nationwide, and we aim to base you locally as much as possible. You will also deliver some remote courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver our Site Safety Plus Courses (HSA, SSSTS & SSMS), First Aid Courses, IOSH, and other related courses.
• Conduct a mix of in-person and remote courses.
• Operate in line with CST Training values, policies, and standards.
• Deliver courses such as CITB related courses, IOSH courses, and develop assessing skills for ILM Level 5 Leadership and Management qualifications, NVQ Level 2 and above in the construction industry.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• Having one or more of the following is beneficial, but we are willing to help you gain the qualifications if you are the right fit:
• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Safety and Health
• NVQ/SVQ Level 3, 4, 5, or 6 in Occupational Safety and Health
• Health and Safety degree
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (Part 2, Units A, B, C, D)
• Diploma in Safety Management Level 6
• At least three years of occupational experience in a construction or health & safety management role, evidenced accordingly.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, IT, and written skills.
• Solid experience across multiple disciplines.
• CITB Site Safety Plus (Approved Tutor Certificate) or willingness to work towards it.
• Adult Teaching Qualification (AET) or equivalent, or willingness to obtain it.
