Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Health, Safety and Security Manager and Head of HSE in ensuring health, safety, security, and management standards are met within development and delivery areas, by both the client and the supply chain.
• Model and embed the 'Safe at Heart' culture across development and delivery.
• Set strategic direction, policies, and systems related to Engineering and Integration, Environmental Management, Innovation, Quality, and Assurance Health, Safety, and Security.
• Provide assurance to the Executive and Board, lead major strategic projects, and offer expert advice.
• Develop a 'Safe at Heart' culture throughout the supply chain, driving H&S performance beyond current industry standards.

Additional Duties

• Embed 'Safe at Heart' culture and practices throughout delivery.
• Support risk-based H&S and Security operational assurance.
• Ensure compliance with processes and policies in Occupational Health, Safety, and Security.
• Support investigation of incidents.
• Assist in providing H&S and Security services to development & delivery teams.
• Promote and support Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI).

Skills and Knowledge
