Job summary

Crown Lift Trucks Ltd is seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Manager to lead Q/EHS compliance across the UK sites, embed continuous improvement, and collaborate with operations, engineering and HR. The role focuses on strengthening the QMS, environmental health & safety management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position requires IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent qualifications, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to risk management.

Qualifications

• IOSH qualification and strong knowledge of Q/EHS management.
• Experience leading audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and compliance programs.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and environmental/OSH regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System ISO 9001.
• Oversee Environmental Management System compliance and reporting.
• Develop safety policies, procedures and safe work practices.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Prepare and present Q/EHS performance reports to leadership.
