Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Manager in Poole, Dorset, to lead H&S and quality across sites within a growing medical manufacturing environment.

You will drive risk management, audit processes and stakeholder engagement while reporting to senior leadership in a Monday–Friday, site-based role.

Qualifications

• Experience as Health, Safety & Quality Manager or similar in manufacturing or medical environments.
• Proven ability to lead H&S and quality across sites with audits and risk assessments.
• Ability to create performance reports and manage stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Driving a culture of Health, Safety and Quality across sites.
• Key contact with internal and external stakeholders including suppliers.
• Create performance reports, risk assessments and management plans.
• Reporting of incidents and accident investigations.
• Monday to Friday, from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

Are you a Health, Safety & Quality Manager or similar from a Manufacturing or Medical background looking for a lead position within a rapidly expanding medical manufacturer?

Are you looking to work for an industry leader, who offer an autonomous role, where you can make a real difference to the company and their clients?

On offer is the opportunity to join a leading medical equipment manufacturer and supplier, who are undertaking a massive period of growth and are adding to their team. This company design, manufacture and supply sterilisation products for the medical industry.

In this dynamic and autonomous role, you will be responsible for leading the Health, Safety and Quality, you will guide departments to build awareness, create performance reports, risk management plans, be the main point of contact for external and internal stakeholders as well as carrying out audits. This is a Monday to Friday, site-based role.

This role would suit a Health, Safety & Quality Manager or similar with a background in a Manufacturing or Medical environment looking for a senior role within one of the leaders in their field, who prioritise growth, progression and making a real difference to the community.

The Role:
