VANRATH is recruiting a Health & Safety Partnership Officer for a public sector client in Lisburn. This 5‑month assignment focuses on developing and delivering the District Council and HSENI partnership, building effective relationships and processes.

Responsibilities include liaison between councils and HSENI, reviewing evidence, guiding joint projects, and promoting health and safety awareness. NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent is required along with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifikationen

• Two years’ relevant work experience in partnership projects.
• Experience in project management including oversight and monitoring.
• Experience applying and enforcing workplace health and safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to transport.
• Possession of NEBOSH Certificate or NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Liaise between NI Councils and HSENI to identify joint opportunities.
• Drive development and implementation of the District Council and HSENI Partnership.
• Monitor communication and collaboration; recommend improvements.
• Provide support for enforcing authority queries and resolution.
• Assist in joint training delivery for HSENI and Councils.
• Support district councils in inspection of high-risk premises and investigations.
• Develop monitoring docs, conduct audits and benchmarking.
• Promote partnership model and benefits to stakeholders.
