Job Description:

This role involves supporting our Asset Compliance and H&S team to ensure health and safety compliance across our properties. You will advise management and staff on legislative requirements, support safety audits, and promote a positive health and safety culture within the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise on health and safety legislation, safe working practices, and equipment maintenance.
  • Support the delivery and maintenance of H&S compliance and foster a safety-conscious environment.
  • Assist in performance monitoring, compliance auditing, and data collection for health and safety management.
  • Support statutory training and reporting obligations.
Candidate Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent (e.g., NVQ L3 in Occupational Health and Safety).
  • Experience in property services, housing maintenance, construction, or facilities management.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and communicate safety messages effectively.
  • Comfortable conducting on-site inspections, including working at heights.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
