We're currently recruiting a Health & Safety Officer to join our Human Resources and Health & Safety team. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and promote a strong safety culture across Inspire's diverse services throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. ?? What You'll Be Doing: As our new Health & Safety Officer, you'll play a key role in: Supporting the Health & Safety Manager in delivering Inspire's health and safety strategy Ensuring legal compliance across both jurisdictions Advising on current and emerging legislation Designing and delivering training programmes Conducting audits and supporting managers in best safety practices Promoting a proactive and positive safety culture across the organisation ? What We're Looking For: NEBOSH General Certificate and 1 year's experience in a Health & Safety role or at least 2 years' experience in a Health & Safety role In-depth knowledge of H&S legislation (NI & ROI) Strong communication and influencing skills Experience with audits, compliance, and risk assessments Proficiency in Microsoft Office A full driving licence and access to a car (Business Insurance required) We're particularly keen to hear from applicants who are proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative and passionate about keeping people safe. ??
