A reputable construction contractor in the UK is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to promote a strong safety culture across residential sites. You will conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and audits, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company policies.

The role requires 3–4 years in health and safety management within residential construction, NEBOSH or equivalent, excellent report writing, and the ability to travel to sites with a UK driving licence.

Competenze

• 3–4 years' experience in a health and safety management role
• Residential construction experience is essential
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety legislation and best practices in the UK
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
• Excellent report writing skills with the ability to produce clear, detailed documentation
• Proficiency in root cause analysis techniques to identify underlying issues behind incidents or hazards
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites

• Carry out site inspections, audits and risk assessments
