The Role
As Health and Safety Manager, you will join an established team to oversee all Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality management across key projects and frameworks, focusing on three regions: London, Wessex, Sussex, and Kent.
You will collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure Safety Management Systems are followed on site, conducting inspections, audits, and reporting. It is essential that HSQE management is seen as a supportive activity; you must foster positive relationships with teams, promoting both procedural and behavioural safety.
The Health and Safety Manager will also be responsible for reviewing policies, procedures, and processes to identify improvement opportunities. Leading investigations into accidents and incidents will also be part of your role.
This role emphasizes proactive measures to ensure safe systems of work are in place, practiced, and owned organization-wide, safeguarding colleagues, subcontractors, clients, and the public during project delivery.

Remuneration
The salary is up to £65,000, depending on experience, and includes a car or car allowance to cover travel. Support is provided to attain and maintain professional memberships or certifications.
