Job summary

Jet Aire is seeking a Health, Safety Manager to oversee H&S activities, policies, and improvement plans across the business. You will guide managers, implement robust compliance, and work with the group on consistent practices to safeguard staff and customers.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, method statements, incident investigations, and ensuring environmental compliance, with a focus on safety culture and continuous improvement across depots.

Qualifications

• Proficient in software such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Experience in Health & Safety within construction, drainage, or utilities preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist managers with day-to-day H&S across Jet Aire and group.
• Set activity plans, objectives and KPIs for H&S matters.
• Support risk assessments and method statements for site tasks.
• Work with Operations Managers to ensure high safety and quality standards.
• Manage staff training matrix, asset register and safety equipment.
