3 days on site) and interfaces with Principal Contractors, Designers and facility operators to ensure full statutory governance. Qualifications

• UK National with SC clearance eligibility.
• Proven H&S leadership within construction/civil engineering/marine/defence environments.
• Extensive CDM 2015 knowledge and statutory frameworks.
• Recognised H&S qualification (e.g., NEBOSH) and technical credibility.
• Desirable: membership of IOSH/IIRSM.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance with CDM Regulations 2015 and MoD governance.
• Advise senior leadership and site teams on H&S strategy and decisions.
• Review RAMS for high-risk activities and control implementation.
• Support hazard identification and risk-control deployment.
• Deliver safety communications, workshops and training to build culture.
• Conduct inspections and audits; manage non-conformities to close-out.
• Support incident/near-miss investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate H&S interfaces with operational and nuclear-related functions.
