Sartorius in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Facilities Manager to lead environmental, health and safety initiatives and oversee facilities across multiple sites, labs, production areas and offices.

You will manage budgets, lead a small team, coordinate contractors, ensure regulatory compliance and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety and site resilience.

Formación

• NEBOSH certificate/diploma or equivalent safety experience.
• Experience in hands-on facilities management in regulated industries.
• Line management experience of a small team; ability to stay calm and prioritise.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Budget management and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and promote EH&S policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee safety activities, risk assessments, audits, and investigations.
• Manage facilities and general services across offices, labs and production areas.
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance, cleaning, waste management, security; support business continuity.
