Office location: Limavady or Cookstown - Monday to Friday - Permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain all aspects of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) systems across the organization.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and promote a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality across multiple project sites.
• Oversee risk management and support project delivery teams with SHEQ-related issues.

SHEQ Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and lead the SHEQ strategy aligned with business goals.
• Promote SHEQ awareness and compliance at all organizational levels.
• Manage SHEQ audits, inspections, and certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

Health & Safety

• Oversee safety operations in offices, workshops, and sites, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead investigations of accidents and incidents, producing detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Maintain up-to-date site safety documentation (RAMS, permits, toolbox talks) and communicate effectively.

Qualifications

• Skills in Health & Safety, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health.
• Experience in a similar role.
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
