What You'll Do

1. Provide strategic guidance to the leadership team on all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters.
2. Ensure all company activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
3. Conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
4. Lead incident investigations, ensuring root causes are addressed.
5. Develop and deliver H&S training, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
6. Work cross-functionally to embed a strong safety culture across the business.
7. Support HR with occupational health matters.

What You'll Bring

1. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
2. 5+ years of experience in a standalone or managerial H&S role.
3. Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar high-tech engineering environment.
4. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and best practices.
5. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and cultural change.
