Key Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Health and Safety Manager located in Bellaghy. The Health and Safety Manager will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety protocols, conducting regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with environmental health and safety (EHS) standards, and delivering safety training programs. The role includes overseeing occupational health matters, risk assessments, and incident investigations to promote a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
• Experience in Safety Training and risk assessment
• NEBOSH certification is mandatory
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Relevant experience in the mechanical building services industry is a plus
