Regional Health & Safety Manager

Are you an experienced Health and Safety Manager looking for a new opportunity? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned contractor based in Wiltshire.

About the role of Health & Safety Manager

My client specialises in a variety of schemes ranging from high–end residential, industrial units, commercial office buildings, and more.

Responsibilities for Health & Safety Manager

  1. Carry out training and inductions for new members joining the business.
  2. Monitor and maintain compliance with local legislation.
  3. Proactively look to improve and develop the business's H&S standards and policies.
  4. Promote campaigns across the business advocating Health, Safety & Well-being.
  5. Regularly set up H&S meetings with the board and local committees.
  6. Build and manage relationships with clients.

Requirements for Health & Safety Manager

  1. NEBOSH Qualified.
  2. Previous experience carrying out site audits and risk assessments.
  3. A strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
