About the role of Health & Safety Manager

My client specialises in a variety of schemes ranging from high-end residential, industrial units, commercial office buildings, and more.

Responsibilities for Health & Safety Manager
  • Carry out training and inductions for new members joining the business.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with local legislation.
  • Proactively look to improve and develop the business's H&S standards and policies.
  • Promote campaigns across the business advocating health, safety, & wellbeing.
  • Regularly set up H&S meetings with the board and local committees.
  • Build and manage relationships with clients.
Requirements for Health & Safety Manager
  • NEBOSH Qualified.
  • Previous experience carrying out site audits and risk assessments.
  • A strong understanding of health & safety legislation.
