Health & Safety Manager - Data Centre Build in Newport

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Manager to support the construction of a Data Centre in Newport. Experience in construction is required, and previous work on a Data Centre project would be advantageous.

The Role:
  1. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the health & safety strategy.
  2. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organisation.
  3. Monitor and review health & safety trends within the division to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Develop and enhance the Health & Safety culture across the organisation.
  5. Liaise with site teams and build strong relationships.
  6. Manage 3rd party relationships and support incident and accident investigations, including lessons learned.
The Candidate:
  • 5+ years of experience working in Health & Safety.
  • Previous managerial experience with responsibilities for development and growth is beneficial.
  • Experience in the construction or civil engineering sector.
