A leading property recruitment firm seeks a Senior Health & Safety Manager for a renowned estate in Central London. This role involves ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations primarily focused on residential properties. The ideal candidate will possess a NEBOSH certification, significant experience in property health and safety management, and be ready to lead a team towards a culture of safety.
Senior Health & Safety Manager – GBP70k Central London (Residential Blocks)
We re working with one of the Historic Landed Estates in prime Central London, whose portfolio covers over 110 acres and comprises a broad mix of properties fromresidential units to offices, shops, restaurants, hotels, and pubs.
Within their Facilities / Health and Safety Team, they now seek to hire a Senior Health and Safety Manager as follows:
Suitable Health & Safety Manager applicants MUST come from a property background, ideally residential, with a good general understanding of the current landscape in terms of cladding, fire safety etc. Those from other backgrounds (i.e. Petro–chem, hydra, manufacturing, construction) without Property exposure cannot be considered at this time, so please only apply if you meet the criteria as outlined.
The successful Senior Health & Safety Manager can expect a starting salary around GBP70k with an extensive benefits package that will include pension (10% employer contribution/3 % employee), Health/Dental cover, Life cover, 5 weeks holiday and income protection cover (in the event of sickness)
