Location: Barking

Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 + Pension + Flexible Hybrid Working + Holidays + Progression + Private Health Care + Sick Pay + Immediate Start

You'll play a key part in shaping and leading the HSE function within a business committed to building a sustainable, energy-efficient future. As a Health and Safety Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of the company's HSE strategy, ensuring full compliance with UK regulations and ISO standards. You'll work closely with project and site teams to embed a culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across diverse installation projects, including solar, ventilation, and insulation. Your Role as a Health & Safety Manager Will Include:

1. Assist site teams with safety planning for renewable energy installations.
2. Lead by example to promote a strong health and safety culture across all sites.

Qualifications and Experience:

• H&S leadership experience in construction, engineering.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health and Safety Legislation.
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
