Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional looking to make a real impact?

We are recruiting exclusively on behalf of a well–established organisation seeking a proactive Health & Safety Manager to join their team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing all Environmental Health & Safety policies, ensuring compliance with UK regulations, and promoting a strong culture of safety throughout the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies in line with current legislation.
  2. Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  3. Lead incident investigations and provide corrective recommendations.
  4. Deliver training and education sessions on key EHS topics.
  5. Collaborate with management on continuous safety improvement initiatives.
  6. Monitor and report on EHS performance metrics.
Ideally you will have:
  1. Solid knowledge of UK EHS regulations and ISO45001 or similar standards.
  2. NEBOSH qualification (Certificate/Diploma) highly desirable.
