Exciting new opportunity to work for a leading construction company in their head office basedin Woking and projects around Surrey. These projects include new builds & extensions within the housing sector.

The H&S Manager will be responsible for implementing and ensuring of all H&S regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and ensure that the highest standards of H&S are always maintained.
• Creation and review of risk assessments, method statements, and COSHH assessments.
• Pre-construction / Construction Phase Plan and H&S file creation and management.
• Undertake site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement and reporting on the findings.
• Ensure compliance on all sites / CDM advice and guidance
• Attending site and management meetings
• Hold, chair, and minute meetings/produce and present presentations

Requirements:

• Currently UK based
• Proven, minimum 3 years previous experience within a UK construction H&S role.
• IOSH certificate
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Thorough understanding of CDM regulations and site H&S
