Job summary

A global engineering company in Broughton is seeking a Health & Safety Manager for a 12-month contract. Certain Advantage are seeking a H&S Manager to join a global engineering business based out of their Broughton, Chester site.

Join a leading FM & Real Estate team as an EHS Manager, driving best-in-class safety and sustainability standards across a dynamic site in North Wales.

The Role:

  • Support local teams and contractors with robust risk controls and compliance.
  • Oversee safety systems, inspections, audits and incident investigations.
  • Provide expert EHS advice on projects, from design to delivery.
  • Champion a positive safety culture through training, reporting and engagement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) as a minimum.
  • Strong background in Facilities Management, ideally with construction/maintenance experience.
  • Solid understanding of workplace safety regulations and best practice.
  • Confident working with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive, practical and collaborative approach.
