What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the evolution and enhancement of the safety management system.
• Designing and delivering practical, people–first H&S procedures and training.
• Using data and KPIs to drive smarter, results–focused performance.
• Owning and optimizing health & safety IT solutions.
• Overseeing strategic planning, auditing, and contractor compliance.
• Creating engaging campaigns to boost safety awareness across all audiences.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has hands–on experience in developing and delivering strategic H&S initiatives.
• Works seamlessly across teams, leading with influence.
• Communicates clearly and effectively at all levels.
• Holds a Level 6 Health & Safety qualification and CertIOSH membership.
• Possesses a full UK driving licence to stay connected across sites.
