Responsibilities:

• Travel between our head office in Hale, Manchester, and various sites for audits assessing site conditions and compliance.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on Fire, Water, Asbestos compliance findings.
• Work proactively with managers to establish safe working practices and procedures.
• Communicate health and safety information effectively across the organization.
• Monitor fire safety practices and accident prevention initiatives.
• Demonstrate decision-making, problem-solving, and motivational skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Full driving license
• Level 3 Health and Safety qualification
• Strong IT skills, including intermediate/advanced Excel for data extraction and analysis
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of cost impacts
• Knowledge of Systems Thinking principles and implementation
