Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in busy operational environments.
• Knowledge of compliance, risk assessments and incident management.
• Strong organisational and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive approach with ownership of processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and safety audits.
• Identify risks, compliance issues and areas for improvement.
• Track and close corrective actions.
• Maintain statutory inspections and records.
• Support incident investigations and accident management.
• Assist with permits to work and RAMS reviews.
• Support fire safety arrangements and emergency planning.
• Develop and review risk assessments and safety documents.
• Coordinate compliance actions from insurers and audits.
• Produce Health & Safety reports for management information.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure safety oversight.
