A leading construction and infrastructure services company is seeking a Health and Safety Graduate for a permanent, full-time role based in London. The successful candidate will assist in health and safety policy implementation, risk assessments, and compliance monitoring. An ideal candidate has a Health and Safety degree and strong analytical skills. This role offers a starting salary of £30,000, with progression potential upon completion of the development program.
We are looking for a Health and Safety Graduate to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team based in London.
Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK's essential services and assets. We work across water, nuclear and other decarbonised energy, environmental and waterways sectors to provide sustainable and safe solutions for our clients and customers while protecting and restoring natural habitats.

Location: Based out of London
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum
Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
Starting date: September 2026

We are seeking graduates in 2026 or graduates within the past three years with a degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
