Location: Manchester or Bristol (with site visits)
Contract: Temporary, 6 months (possibility of extension)
Salary: £57,000pa plus extensive benefits

Are you a proactive and passionate health and safety professional looking to make a significant impact in the real estate industry? Our client, a forward-thinking organisation dedicated to providing quality rental homes, is seeking a Health & Safety Framework Manager to join their dynamic team!

About the Role:

As a Health & Safety Framework Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing health and safety procedures that ensure a safe and compliant workplace. Your expertise will contribute to a culture of safety across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement health and safety procedures in line with organisational policies and regulations.
2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
3. Collaborate across departments to promote a safety-first culture.
4. Provide training and support on health and safety best practices.
5. Monitor the effectiveness of health and safety systems, recommending improvements as necessary.
6. Investigate incidents and accidents, implementing corrective actions.
7. Maintain accurate records of health and safety activities.
8. Develop and oversee the implementation of RAMS to manage risks effectively.
9. Ensure supplier compliance with health and safety standards through regular reviews.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a health and safety management role within the real estate sector, ideally in a large organisation with multiple tenures of housing.
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and compliance.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate risks.
5. Experience in developing and delivering health and safety training programmes.
6. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
