An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced health & safety professional to work at Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust as the Health, Safety & Fire Manager. This post reports directly to the Head of Capital Projects & Estates and will provide strategic and operational advice and support regarding national legislation, regulations, and standards relating to buildings and healthcare.
The post holder is required to have experience in this area to support in an advisory capacity and be able to demonstrate their capability in working within a healthcare organization. This includes delivering training and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and fire legislation and guidance. The post holder will act as the Trust's nominated competent person responsible for overseeing all fire safety systems.
