Oscar Underhill Recruitment Solutions Ltd in Digbeth, Birmingham, is seeking a Health, Safety and Facilities Assistant to provide temporary sickness cover for an established homelessness charity. Based at Head Office, the role supports health and safety, facilities management and property compliance.

The position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, fully site-based. Temporary for two months with possible extension; salary £13.15 PAYE or £17.40 umbrella.

Formación

• Experience in health and safety administration, facilities or property compliance.
• Experience maintaining compliance records, inspection records or action trackers.
• Experience coordinating contractors, repairs and maintenance activities.
• Strong administration and record-keeping skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support routine health and safety, facilities and inspections.
• Identify, record and address hazards and maintenance needs.
• Maintain fire-safety, compliance records and action trackers.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, contractors and services.
• Process invoices, work orders and contractor costs for budget reporting.
