Team Horizon is seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor for a leading construction company, based in Hertfordshire. Reporting to the Health and Safety Manager & Project/Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the HSE strategy on projects, maintaining a positive safety culture, and ensuring industry-leading health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role is fully onsite.

What you will be doing:

• Supporting the development and monitoring of safe systems of work and risk assessments.
• Auditing projects, tracking indices, and addressing non-conformances.
• Leading and influencing H&S culture across projects.
• Engaging the workforce in risk identification and mitigation.
• Promoting positive safety behaviors.
• Ensuring statutory compliance.
• Advising on HSE issues from preconstruction to project completion.
