Job summary

Gordon Moody in Worcester is seeking a part-time Health, Safety, Environment Officer to lead HSE across residential centres. Based on-site at a treatment centre, you will drive safety culture, manage risk assessments and inspections, and support compliance across services.

The role requires NEBOSH or equivalent, strong knowledge of UK H&S, experience with risk assessments, audits and incident management, and the ability to work with managers, contractors and external bodies. Flexible 21 hours.

Qualifications

Position Details

Part Time - Health & Safety Facilities Officer HSE (Redditch B97 or Wolverhampton WV3)

Location: On-site at a Gordon Moody Treatment Centre in B97 or WV3

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours over the week - or 3 days x 7 hours

Salary: £38,000 to £43,000 if full-time, 35-hour week. Therefore, pro-rata for 21 hours a week: £22,800 and £25,800.

The Role

Based on-site at one of our treatment centres, you'll take the lead on health, safety and facilities across our residential services.
